Romney on his tax returns: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on Medicare: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on his record as Governor: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on what he actually did or didn’t do, and when, at Bain: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on Medicare: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on Social Security: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on Defense Spending: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on his domestic job creation record: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Romney on Health Care: “I decline to comment on the grounds that anything I say may be used against me.”

Good thing he only wants to talk about “the issues.”

I propose that we, the nation, rename him “The Vague-a-Bond.”
