Dear Lying, Self-Serving Scumbag,

As an elected representative paid by the United States taxpayer, please indicate if you will state, on the record and with full accountability that you are willing to:

  • Take a minimum 15 percent pay cut the same way 37.1 Million Americans earning less than $50,000/year did in 2010?         Yes   or   No
  • Pay for at least half of all  health care costs and expenses for yourself and your family?         Yes   or   No
  • Restrict your Congressional pensions to a pro-rated amount tied directly to your years of active Congressional service?         Yes   or   No
  • Surrender all funding and/or reimbursement for paid travel, meals and expenses?         Yes   or   No
  • Surrender federally funded vehicles and use public transportation for all Congressional business?         Yes   or   No
  • Agree to 100% transparency and culpability in all votes, discussions and/or mediations?         Yes   or   No
  • Waive entitlement to any and all exemption privileges based on your Congressional position when you break the law?         Yes   or   No
  • Surrender any and all perks, benefits and entitlements that are not available to the ordinary citizens you represent?         Yes   or   No
